2. Delivery Services: We utilize both Indian Post and private courier services to deliver your orders. The choice of delivery service depends on the availability to serve the pin code of the buyer. Our dedicated team will determine the most appropriate shipping partner for your location to ensure a reliable and efficient delivery experience.

3. Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery time may vary based on your location and the services provided by the delivery partner. Generally, orders shipped within India are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days from the dispatch date. However, please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary.

4. Delayed or Damaged Shipments: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, Bharti Bhandar is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or disruptions in transportation services. We will make every effort to promptly inform you of any significant delays and provide assistance wherever possible.

   In the unfortunate event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the delivery partner and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. However, Bharti Bhandar cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit by the delivery partner.

5. Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking details, including the tracking number and a link to track your shipment online. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery and stay updated on its whereabouts.

6. Shipping Charges: We offer a standard shipping charge of Rs. 40 for orders weighing up to 1 kg. For orders exceeding 1 kg, an additional charge of Rs. 25 will be applied for every additional kilogram. The exact shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the delivery location.
